Ahead of the Intermot unveiling, looks like some pics of Ducati’s latest SuperSport have leaked. And it looks pretty good! (me thinks)

I was worried that it would just look like a scaled-down panigale- but no! It is its own bike!

With a bit of heritage to go along with it!

From the late 70's, the original 900 Super Sport (that’s about as perfect as a bike can get......):

To the mega-classic 900 Super Sport from the 90's.....

I wonder would happen if you put that motor in a dirtbike.........

Looks fantastic in white. Even if it does strike me as a monster with a fairing.

Well... “a monster with a fairing” is *kinda* what a super sport is... the SS was designed as an all-day sport bike... and (in the 90's) shared quite a few parts with the monster...

You know? I like it. It’s got that lightweight, simple look to it. Seat position looks way more comfy. I can appreciate the move to liquid cooling even if it’s a deviation from tradition, and I do like how tidy they kept the engine. Hopefully it’s as bulletproof as the old 2v motor.
